I ordered slings for two chaises and asked that they be labeled 1&2 since their measurements were different. You shipped them together with no differentiation. So I had to measure each price to determine which went where. Turns out each price was cut to the exact measurements I gave. No allowance for the pockets.each So it was very difficult to install. I’d say each peice was 1/4” too small at least.

I was worried about having to replace slings because I can’t afford to do all of my furniture at once. I’d never used this company before, and I thought there would be a noticeable difference between the old and the new. They sent me a perfect replacement that is the exact match for my original fabric!!! I’m so happy. Will be using them again, for sure, little by little. Very fast shipping and prompt responses to emails, questions, calls, etc. Excellent experience. Thanks.

Able to help me with everything that I needed

Thanks to the folks who found the mistake I made in measuring the length for the sling. Once corrected, the sling fits fine.

I looked all over for end caps to fit our chairs and no one had them. Found them here at American slings and they fit perfectly. Just ordered some more for the rest of my chairs. Very affordable!!!

The representative was very helpful answering my questions over the phone and taking the order. The order arrived promptly. Love our selection and they fit great. One piece of advice….we had a difficult time putting the spreader bar back in. We even bought a tool to use to spread the rails; however, it kept popping out. Went online and found uTube video that suggested using a tire jack. That worked great. Suggest you add that to your online instructions. THANKS AGAIN. We will be ordering more replacement slings soon.

Fantastic customer service! As it happens, I measured incorrectly and they gave me a credit for a portion of the first order against the second (measured correctly) even though the error was entirely mine. Ultimately, the product was really terrific. My chairs look like new. Thank you so much!

I put the new slings on..they look great great(picture enclosed Pic1)..I had to buy

a spreader and that just barely made it they are very tight….
